What I would like to get out of this program

I am very interested in developing leadership skills as a public health professional, as well as learn new ideas and perspectives about what this actually means in today's world. I want to learn strategies to develop team cohesion, how to develop individual team member strengths and expand my network, as well as focus on strategic thinking, organizational change and financial management. I am looking forward to being challenged and to grow from this opportunity.
